Is Pro free?

Pro is included until 30 days after paid checkout opens. After that, Pro costs $39 per organization per month or $390 per year.

What happens to my data if I do not subscribe?

Nothing is deleted. Your organization moves to Personal. If you are over the Personal limits, you get 7 days to reduce usage or subscribe, and you cannot add more until you are within the limits.

Who processes payments?

Paddle. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record, so your purchase is made from Paddle and Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices, and refunds.

Do prices include tax?

It depends on where you are. Paddle shows prices with or without tax based on your location, and checkout shows any tax before you pay.
