HarnessTap Cloud is designed to store organization data for AI agent plugins, version history, and organization access control. We collect only the information needed to run those product surfaces, keep accounts secure, and provide support.

We may collect account identity details, organization membership metadata, invitation activity, domain configuration, and the plugin/version records required to power your organization.

We also collect operational data such as basic request logs and consent choices so the application remains secure and compliant.

When Google sign-in is enabled, HarnessTap Cloud uses your Google account only to authenticate you and associate your email address with the correct organization. We do not request more access than needed for login.

HarnessTap Cloud uses essential cookies to keep sign-in flows working and stores your cookie consent preference so your choice is remembered. Non-essential cookies should only be enabled after you grant consent.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we share billing details with Stripe, our payment processor. That can include organization name, billing email, billing address, and tax identification numbers needed to process payment and issue invoices. Stripe describes how it uses this information in its own privacy policy.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of the information tied to your account by contacting the team that operates your HarnessTap Cloud organization.
